All Food Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN be returned for the following reasons:

Palatability-Pet does not eat or like the taste of the food.

Quality-If there be a problem with quality of the product.

Health–If your pet vomits or diarrhea (symptoms) in direct result of the food and not other factors.

Safety–If a bag is open or product is defective

PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BAG – IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL BAG – PRODUCT WILL NOT BE RETURNED!
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND THE FOOD QUANTITY SHOULD BE 90% OF ITS ORIGNAL WEIGHT.
